Leader Asia Pacific Creativity Center (LAPCC) was
founded in 1988. 'Knowledge, creativity, professionalism, and service'
form the irreducible core of the company's management philosophy. Their
facilities includes professional Milo Motion Control System and
Lighting for film production, inferno, Quantel etc, maximizing the
strength of the postproduction center. Becoming the first high-tech
production center in the Asia Pacific region to integrate the full
complement of a media production stage; i.e., pre production, filming,
and post production.

It was important to Leader to
find someone with the know how to train up their crew. The crew to be
trained was Flame, inferno and Quantel operators. That is where Fatbars
came in.
Even before the training starts, we went in with our
questions to understand their needs. Customizing our course to fit
their criteria. One of the problem was the level of English
comprehension. English is not their first language. The solution: a
trainer that is bilingual.

ability to train in mandarin and English is important to us. The course
notes was also simplified, so that the students will not hinter their
ability by the English language barrier.
An understanding in the
confusion world of HD and other compositing platform like Flame and
Quantel, gave us the teaching edge that we need to serve SHAKE, FatBars
style.

為了給利達一個度身定造的課程綱要，在訓練開始前，我們做了調查 。因為英語不是他們的第一語言， 語言障礙就成為問題之一。解決方案：一位雙語講師。
能
以普通話及英語 教學對我們很重要。當然 Notes也簡化, 使學生不會因語言妨礙進度。因為我們熟習這複雜艱明的ＨＤ製作和不同整合平台 (例如
Flame 及 Quantel) 的運作，使我們融會貫通，從而得到教學的優勢。 這就是我們 Fatbars 為客戶特別調教的 Shake。
